You may return your item/s within 28 days of receipt provided that all said item/s are received back in perfect condition, unused and in a resalable state.

For hygiene reasons, with regard to pillowcases, hair scrunchies and wax melts, we are unable to accept returns if they have been opened, unless received faulty or damaged.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
